The One Absolute Truth Needed to Lose Weight

It sucks but it’s true. We all want fast results. Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could wake up and have all the excess fat be gone without doing or changing anything?

Unfortunately that’s not the reality and anything that claims that you will lose a large amount of weight in a very short amount of time may work temporarily but you will gain it back, so what’s the point?  In order to lose weight and keep it off you need to change your habits and behaviours. Simple as that. Real change takes time and consistency.

So stop going for the quick fix, cause the quick fix is a temporary fix. Which would you rather? Slow progress that lasts? Or, fast progress that doesn’t and causes you to end up right where you started?

I don’t know about you, but I prefer taking things slow. Slow is sexy :)
